Awesome for Aerosmith fans.
If you are a hardcore Aerosmith fan then you surely love this addition to the Guitar Hero stable. There are plenty of great older tracks from the '70's and '80's to keep you satisfied. Fortunately it's not overloaded with the "Get a Grip" pop stuff.

It's a nice blend of their entire career. In terms of gameplay, it's no different than GHIII. However, the venues in the game are real venues played by the band. During career mode, the game has some nice cutscenes where a member of the band reflects back on that time in their career, and introduces the next venue and it's significance.

It's a lot of fun seeing the members fleshed out on stage while you perform, and even RunDMC get's animated for a song (well actually it's only DMC, as Jay and Run are mysteriously absent).

Fun; Some Good Songs
There are some good songs on this release. I would have liked to see more of the bigger hits as part of the release. We don't feel this game is as difficult as GH3.

aerosmith wii
I'd played regular guitar hero before and got the aerosmith game to have some new songs to play. Not quite as cool... The songs so far are pretty slow and not that exciting. You don't get many song choices in order to move on. Pretty much play the 2 we offer to move on and thats it. Slightly disappointed.
